Note about collection and processing of personal information.

With reference to articles 13 and 23 of the Italian law No. 196/2003, regulating the protection of people and other subjects as relates to the processing of their personal information, we confirm that your personal and identification information will be recorded and stored into the files of our company. • with reference to commercial initiatives by our Company, your information may be communicated, in Italy and abroad, to our sales people (including branch offices, agents, representatives etc.) or used to send you commercial offers or information materials, or to perform interactive business communications.

According to article 7 of the Italian law 196/2003, you can exert your right, oppose to information processing for legitimate reasons, have free access to your information, and check their proper use and destination, and possibly ask for their updating, modification or cancellation.You can also oppose to processing and/or uses that are illegitimate or not relevant to collection, asking for cancellation.
